Do your gift certificates expire?

Nine Stones gift certificates do not expire. Some of our older electronically issued gift cards do show an expiration date, please disregard those dates.

Can I get a refund for a gift certificate I purchased?

Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person by calling the spa directly. Gift Certificates can be used towards the cost of services, gratuity, and retail products.

Do I need to present my gift certificate to redeem it?

Yes, you do need to present your gift certificate at check-out. This can either be in the paper format, or we can scan it from your email.

Can I have a gift certificate mailed?

If you would like a gift certificate mailed to you or the recipient, you can call the spa at (207) 772-8480. There is a $1.50 shipping & handling charge for all mailed gift certificates. They will be sent using USPS; therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date, and no tracking is available.

I am having trouble printing the gift certificate I purchased online!

I am booking an appointment but there is nowhere for me to enter my gift certificate?

Our online booking system only allows a credit card for online booking. No charges will be made to your card until checkout. At that time, you can use any form of payment for your services.

I have a gift certificate for a facial but I want a massage?

You can use the dollar value of your gift certificate towards any service or retail product.
